OBLTERATION (2014)

These images are documentation of a selection of installations, sculptures, détourments and dérives performed by the EIC between the years 2013 and 2014. These actions are part of a larger project - OBLITERATION - which seeks to examine the ways in which photography might be used to reveal and/or conceal certain aspects of the environment. The following images indicate possible methods for concealment or exposure of the materials shown here. The particular materials are insignificant except for their inherent tendency to reflect light. Of greater importance are the tactics used here to negate or express this tendency.
